Wine Stamp Card

Using the Rollagraph wheel and the script stamp I rolled it into the versamark ink and rolled over my base card several times to create a watermark background pattern on the card.
the wine stamp was inked with Adirondack cranberry ink then using a damp brush I moved the ink around on the image until I got the effect I wanted. I tore along both the top and bottom of the image then embossed along the top tear line with gold detail power.
Again using the cranberry Adirondack ink I sponged around the rest of the edges to create a distressed effect.
I used the trio ribbon tags by spellbinders and stamped Thinking of You on top of is and attached it with a white ribbon.
I finished the card by edging it with a gold pen.

This shot is to show you a close up image of the card base and the effect you get by using the Rollagraph wheel with versamark onto a dark coloured card.

Hang on. How can you be in two places at once? Wasn't I watching you as I had my breakfast? I love this card. The colours are so warm and the design is great. Great effect with the sponging. It's something I just can't master.

Jak, love this card and think I might have a go sometime at embossing a torn edge as I hadn't thought of that and it looks so good. Hope the show went well yesterday. I started watching it but the Freeview was playing up and the picture was distorted and you were all screachy so I had to turn it off. Hopefully it's better for next time you are on. Kym
