A little preview of September in a Slide Show
These new Teen Fairy’s from Mo are just stunning don’t you think?
Teen Fairy Pia available from Mo’s Digital Pencil is just the prettiest little fairy ever.
I used the Cuttlebug and embossing folders from both sizzix and cuttlebug to emboss the card and Spellbinders label dies to cut out the shapes, image is coloured with Copic markers and I dipped the edges of the image shape into some crushed glass glitter and dotted her petticoat with some too.

So I’m still on the Clean and simple kick and I made a little snow scene card using one of the clarity Stamp snow scenes and a Tim Holtz snowman embossing folder.
Crisp navy and white for this card, I used a bit of stickles here and there but in hindsight I won’t use a water based inkpad next time as the stickles glitter glue made the ink bleed slightly, lesson learnt, practice what you preach ha ha!
The first person to guess the correct price of the cd rom will receive one free from me.
(there are more than 450 decoupage sheets on this cd)
I reckon there is a real naughty side to this one, she has that glint in her eyes.
Witches Trick by Mo’s Digital Pencil, I reckon she is hiding behind her front door to wrap the knuckles of any child that dare to knock, she is even hiding that whopper of a wooden spoon behind her back.
I coloured her with Promarker and Prisma pencils and teamed her with Nitwit Collection papers.
I penned a cobweb into the top corner and added a ickle spider eeeeek! I also add a spider dangling from the spoon.

I used Max from Spesch Stamps for my card today, I love this little dude, did you know that when I craft I hum tunes not sure why but I always do it, I also do it when getting undressed for bed I’ve always as long as I can remember done this.
When I’m at work and I’m designing and deep in concentration I also hum, it makes one of the artists stick his head phones on “go figure”.
Now I reckon that if you added some pink into the equation here, that this card could pass as a girls card with that innocent face.
I used DCWV designer background papers layered with black card I made some mini CD’s and a note and tied some music note ribbon to finish.
Image coloured with FlexMarkers from Letraset and Copic Markers
One of the things I get asked most is how I think up card designs, well I thought long and hard about this & to be honest I’m not really sure, they seam to pop into my head triggered by every day things.
Now that doesn’t help anyone that asked me so I thought a would do you some card sketch layouts as examples of what can work as card designs. I have a batch of 6 to start you off.
I do hope these are of some help to you all.
Not sure why but my post failed this morning so here it is now.
