Slimming Update

Ohhhh if only I could get back into the swing of things.
I went along to me weekly Slimming World Club and gingerly stepped on the scales knowing all too well that I shouldn't have ate that Mapel Pecan Pastry or the big bar of Milky Bar that found it's way into my hand whilst at the supermarket.
Wow I lost 1 1/2 lb this week.
Now I think it is because I over compensated for my naughty eats, so I'm determined that I now get back on track.
How did you do this week?

well done Jak - its hard , but you can do it! And youhave to have the odd treat once in a while - otherwie life would be sooooo dull

Well done Jak....the main thing is that you have lost weight and enjoyed a couple og yummy treats into the bargain!

Well done Jak. Its always the best weight loss when you aren't expecting it!!
I gave up trying to pluck up the courage to go and join SW (Ive been MANY times b4 so I know the ropes!) so Im doing it my way, with hubby. Ive lost 6lbs in the 1st week so thats going to be all the encouragement I need to keep going!

Well done Jak. 1lb off for me but I had a total blowout last weekend & had put 3lb's on between weigh-in on Fri morn & checking again on Mon morn so was pleased with the weight loss. Nearly got lynched at class though I just mentioned that I didn't think extra-easy worked for me as I'd done alot better this week on Red WELL!! you'd think I'd murdered someone lol!!! the whole class turned on me. Will keep my mouth shut next time!!

Hello Jak,
Well done on losing this week, I didn't manage it but haven't really been good so it was my own fault! I am with an on line sliming group called sparkpeople.com, it is totally free and it has everything there, a tracker for your foods, exercises etc, it's brilliant, but some folk from slimmers world also use this site to tract their food and to join in on the message boards, it does help to keep us all in line lol..
Keep up the good work and another well done...
