Ollyfant playing with Kitty

Another image from the Ollyfant stamp range I love this little man playing with the kitty so I thought I'd practice the lilac colours, I found this one quite easy by adding the deepest purple card stock as a base card again coloured with the Copic pens.

Ollyfant Bathing Beauty

This is another stamp from the Ollyfant stamp sets all coloured with Copic Markers, I've had some of these markers for a while but never really used them so they were dusted off and dragged out of the draw and a few more colour bought to add to my collection and I set too.
Blending with copics takes practice so if you are thinking of giving them a whirl be prepared to make mistakes.
The white base card was embossed with the Stylised flowers Cuttlebug folder and the other papers added were punched with border punches from Kreaxions and EK Success.

The darling little stamp, inked with versafine and watercoloured

Attention to detail, little crochet flowers they may not be perfect but I made them all by myself and not bad for a finger knitter girl! Ha Ha

Make a Wish

Wishing You... is a new Stamp set from Papertrey Ink.
I thought it needed a bright card to do the stamp set justice so here it is, I inked the tulip heads with summer sunrise palette ink then smooched some pure poppy ink at the top of the flower heads then cut them out, the dots and wording are stamps from the same set I used these in place of the stems, although they are in the set to use.
The base card is white the deep orange overlay card has been had a border punched out using the EK Success border punch then a bright yellow card embossed with the cuttlebug swiss dots folder and the corners punched using a Kreaxions punch

Paste Eggs

Well I came across a natty way of colouring Paste eggs for easter and just had to give it a go.
Of course I needed white eggs! could I find any? Nope. So I wasn't going to let that beat me and thought I would try it out anyway but with the brown every day supermarket best eggs.
To try this you need
White vinegar
husbands silk shirt or tie
a none metal pan
and some cotton linen (I used socks)
then check out the Matha Stewart site
Now if you imagine white eggs the colours would be quite eggsellent.

A Get Well Card

This card was made for a lady who could do with a few prayers at the moment, it's all ready to pop in the post on Tuesday.
The flowers and the transparency bird was sent to me by my good friend Katie fro the USA so I thought I would put them to good use I used glossy accents all over the bird then sprinkled the crushed glass glitter on top,the deep wine card was stamped with the SU flourish wheel using versamark to create a watermark effect.
