Don't you just love it when your arthritis flares up? I knew it was going to happen, I had that achy burn in one of my ankles over the last few days and I have visions of having to drag it along with meas I walked, I have psoriatic arthritis and on the whole it is controlled with meds.
I had a long drive ahead of me as I was headed back home after my 6pm show on Create and Craft and as you can see it is nicely swollen and fat now.
Time for some rest methinks.

Yikes - you definitely need to follow Dr. Patti's instructions. So sorry you have to deal with this!
Yep, feet up young lady! Tell them you need a stool behind that big desk on the telly box too!

Oh poor lady, I know where you´re at right now, as I´m there myself, so just go and get some rest and get these feet up right away and keep them there for quite a while, til the swollen has gone again, and that´s an order lady.

I feel for Jak, same here, do your hands do same thing, mine do and it's not so easy to put your feet up is it...lol...take care..xx
