Natures Beauty

We had to pop into Durham yesterday and decided to come home the back roads, we often do this road purely as it is scenic, I often wish we had stopped to take pictures but for anyone in the knowing of the Finchale Abby road they will also know that it isn’t for the faint hearted, often barely wide enough for one vehicle let alone having to be side by side with another coming in the opposite direction.

Yesterday was no different, there is a layby to pull in but it was full of cars, mostly ramblers and walkers so I had to make do with my phone camera through the windscreen but….. I think it shows some of Natures Beauty before the leaves are no more.

A great picture Jak, and such gorgeous colours. Is it me or do the tree's seem late in dropping their leaves this year?

Absolutely stunning scenery, that´s for sure, and I agree with the others, it´s really late we can still see all this this year, but I sure don´t complain, as we could very well have had loads of snow already, so I vote for this any time, that´s for sure, and it is really beautiful, that´s for sure.
