Oh My–Hospital

What a morning, I was awoke with a whisper of a voice trying to get me to wake up, Chris had been out on his bike early doors and had an accident, he was struggling to breath and shaking uncontrollably, Chris doesn't do medicine in any form and wont go to the doctors if he is ill so I instantly knew he was in trouble as he asked to go to hospital.

I’ve just got home and the poor love has been through the mill, he has a problem with his shoulder as there is a large gap between the shoulder ball and the socket so he is sporting a sling and we need to go back to the fracture clinic tomorrow morning. It is likely he has cracked ribs because of the breathing issues and the tenderness but the lung capacity seams fine, he is very grazed and drugged with painkillers. I so relieved he got away with no major injuries.

So I wont be on Create and Craft today or tomorrow as they have kindly got the shows covered for me. However I will be back Thursday with a One Day Wonder.

Oh my goodness what a way to start the day. Poor man but good to hear, it wasn´t anything too serious , even thoug I know, this is sure bad enough, but at least he came back home with you. I wish you a very good luck looking after him. I know, it can be some challenge too, as I´ve just had my hubby home for 3 months after a shoulder surgery, and I still don´t understand, why men seems to think, they´re close to die, when they go something like that, and often wonder, what they would say, if we behaved like them, when we go through some rough times? LOL.
Best of luck to both of you and all the best wishes for a very speedy recovery to Chris, give him my best wishes.
