Use the best steak mince and dry fry or use vegetarian mince
Do not add any fat to the pan, there is no need.
I have to admit a cheat here as I use a homepride jar as well as tinned chopped tomatoes, onion and mushrooms to fill it out.
It serves 3 or 4 but I freeze what's left for the following week.
Boiled rice to finish.
No snacks today.

Hi Jak, thanks for the menu, it is good to see what other people eat, ... I can't eat wheat so have limited choice, but on the plus side , it keeps the weight down.... Have a good weekend, hugs. X
