Poor love! she only needs a bit of rain so that she can sail her Yacht, she's all prepared for it too in her little Sou'wester and red gum boots.
I used one of the Marianne Creatable Doily Dies behind her and Designer papers from Stampin Up, some pearls and vintage seam binding ribbon.
