I started to add the sugar crystals to the Engagement cake for my Daughter, well all I can say is that "it's no easy task to add these little devils to the side of the cake."
I am now the proud owner of a very crunchy kitchen floor and believe me they had spread for miles. Whats worse is you can't see them on the white ceramic tiles.
This is the small heart cake I've yet to tackle the large one.
I think we'll be crunching sugar crystal under our feet till christmastime.

That is honestly fantastic!
It's great Jak, love the sugar crystals - really sparkly. I have all this to come with the wedding cakes and can honestly say that I'm not looking forward to it.
