What’s Cookin?–Mo Manning Image

I’m thinking summer here, I have a couple of things to share with you and the first being my card. Mo Manning is just so darn talented and captures what she see’s with her Digital pencil to produce some spectacular subjects for us to craft with.

What’s Cooking is available to purchase at Mo’s Digital Pencil i’ve coloured her with Copic Markers and with Promarkers by Letraset and teamed it with designer papers by Stampin Up I used the Tonic Studios border system for the scallops on the papers and the Accents Butterflies punch to add a little detail to the scallops I also the and some Fantastic Ribbons, the flower and the background frame was made using a Marianne Creatable die and some iridescent white card.

Now as I said I was thinking of summing and i have a little fruity number to share with you.

They have the biggest summer crafting collection yet as it has loads on the rolls which includes new satin edge organzas (10metres on a roll) in aqua, lime and beauty pink and new border lace and some old favs of dotted grosgrain in sunshine yellow and NEW 6mm narrow satins in bright kiwi and baby maize . The collection is packaged in their famous dispenser.
16 rolls -total length in range is over 120 metres and rrp is £24 but for a limited time it is just £15 - 12.5p a metre

Think fruit salad and juicy berries that's oozing a bit of summer all in a neat dispenser.

Subject of Dieting and Fitness.

As many of you already know I have had ongoing back problems for well over a year now and I figure that as it isn’t getting any better and doctors are just keeping pain levels down rather than finding the root of the problem that it is time I took the issue into my own hands and try to do something to help.

Many years ago swimming was my sport and in fact I swam for the County and was also awarded swimmer of the year. So I have decided to take this up again and try to strengthen my muscles to  support my back, not only will the exercise do me good but hopefully is will help in loosing some weight.

I had even thought of trying the Acai berry diet as I keep seeing it advertised but just can’t figure out which is the best one. So for now exercise will be my thing,

Wish me Luck!

Surfer Dude–Mo Manning

Mmmm what do you do when you need a teenage boys birthday card? I would say head over to Mo’s Digital Pencil  from Video gaming to surfing she’s got them nailed.

This one is the Surfer Dude and isn’t he fabulous just look at that mop of hair and the wrist and ankle straps, brilliant.

I used a 5 x 5inch card summer buttons, a satin ribbon and some Bo Bunny designer papers and cut him out with a spellbinders label die on my Cuttlebug then coloured him up with Copic Sketch Markers.
