Spellbinders Pendant Die - Spring Card

I love shades of green and as soon as I found this backing paper in my stash I set to work making a card. Lots of layering with this card but keeping the design flat.

Attention to detail...

The backing paper was cut into 3 strips them mounted onto matching card to contrast with the base card, the brown backing card for the Spellbinders Pendant Die was cut into a square then the corners were snipped using the Deep Edger Martha Stewart Punch.

You can see in this picture how I edges the pendant in a gold pen, the centre of the pendant is a Prima flower centre.

Simply Said

Just a delicate card made with the Simply Said stamp set from Stampin Up and the Victorian Cuttlebug A2 embossing folder, some pink ink and pretty ribbon.

Attention to detail...

Distressed edges an a little bit of Stickles glitter glue to give some interest to the design.

I found a pretty little ribbon with ivory leaves attached so I used it with a pink twill ribbon overlaid on top.

More Flippin Cards

Flippin' Gardening stamp set coloured with Promakers.

I made the insert to match the front of the card and used the sentiment stamp as a verse, the back view of the Garening Lady finishes the insert perfectly.

From the Flippin' Bingo Stamp Set, coloured with Promarkers.

I added the back image inside the card as part of the insert and made the bingo ticket by stamping 6 of them one under the other.

This is made from the Border & Sentiment stamps from the Flippin' Fashion stamp set.

Flippin' Men & Women Stamp Cards

A couple of cards I made on Create and Craft this afternoon.
The first card below was made from the extra embellishment stamps from the Flippin' Scales stamp sets, coloured with Promarkers then the icing was glittered with Stickles glitter glue and the Cherries has Glossy Accents added to them to give them the shine.

This one is the Flippin' Bathtime Stamp it was shaded with the ink it was stamped with and a water brush.

Dont forget to pop over to the other girls Blogs on the Design Team.

Mummu

Isn't this digital stamp by Digital Pencil Too just wonderful? Mummu hasn't a care in the world.
I used Promarkers to colour the image some of Martha Stewart border punches, cuttlebug embossing folder and a bit of love to bring the card together.

Attention to detail...

I choose a Prima Flower as and embelishment for the card as this one matched Mummu's cardigan, I like to tie is the colour shades where possible.

A couple of tab ribbons and a few pearls ont the cuttlebug birds and swirls embossed background just finish the card perfectly.

Slimming World Update

This week I lost 1LB I know in an ideal world I would like to loose it all tomorrow but how come people loose 2 & 3 lb's each week? how do they do it?
Green I tell you! I'm totally envious.
My other news is I was back to hospital seeing the specialist on my psoriasis and they are putting together a plan for me to start with injections, I will have to learn how to inject myself to administer a drug that should give me some quality of life and help with the Psoriatic Arthritis too.
The singing detective holds nothing to me at the moment.
Hopefully in 6 weeks time I will be starting my treatment.

Project of the Month Blog Hop - Stitches

We will hold this every third Thursday of the month , we aim to give you a little inspiration and hopefully a few Oooo's and Awe's along the way, The Dream Team is made up with some of the most talented ladies so be sure to give them all a visit.

The Hop is starting with me this month as I choose the theme of Stitches
Oh gosh! I had fun using this super image Darn it! by Mo Manning at Digital Pencil Too.

I coloured the image with Promarkers then even added the twine to the needle that he is using to sew his trousers.
The only down side to making this card was I no longer own a full length tape measure as I cut it down coloured it and stuck it onto my card ha ha.

Attention to detail...

At the top of the card I did a row of cross stitch and on the patterned paper I cut curvy then joined together with the twine and tied it into a knot at the front of the card.

I kept the bottom row of stitching simple

Be sure to pop over to Liza next as she is joining our hop as a guest designer this Month and I just know she will have something amazing to show you.

If you get lost along the way I have a full list of the Design Team on my side bar.
