The Angel Gabriel

Coming Soon
The new Flippin' Christmas range by La Pashe will be released 14th September.
This card depicts the Christmas story, I puposely made the card so that the angel is facing into the card.
Visit La Pashe to find a stockist in your area.

The inside view, I made the card up with The Angel Gabriel facing in wards so it looks like the Angel is talking to the shepherds.

The Holy Bible

I love this one , it makes up like a real book as you can see from the above picture.

when the card is closed I have added the book so that it looks as if it is sitting on the altar, my tip for the cards would be to add the background sheet to your card first, that way you can see where to add your image in relation to the background picture.

The inside view, I love the stained glass window, it gives the feeling of the light pouring in through the window.

The Three Wise Men - La Pashe

Coming Soon
The Three Wise Men, bringing gifts of Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh.
This is one of the new sheets from La Pashe that will be in a shop near you From Monday 14th September.
Designed by myself and Artwork by Jim Harker

The back view of the Three Wise Men is equally as rich looking as the front, the sumptuous muted colours of their clothing with gold threads running throughout.

By adding a touch of glitter to these the whole card just pops.

Two Tone Damask

I Started with a white 14 x 14cm card and stamped the damask stamp by PTI over the base card leaving around 3cm clear at the base of the card, I then added the dotted paper punched with a Martha Stewart border punch the the bottom section and tied a matching ribbon to hide the join using the long rectangle Nesabilities Dies I cut out the scallop shape from contrasting card and cut a plain white shape and stamped the sentiment on top.

Attention to Detail...

The Damask Stamp was inked with the Brilliance Aurora ink pad I did it carefully pressing the edges of the pad onto the edges of the stamp and allowing the centre of the stamp to catch the middle colour on the ink pad.
