Babysitting Jack

This is Jack in a very happy mood dressed as Tigger this wasn't took tonight and if you read on you will understand why.
So Monday after I get home from work I get the pleasure of babysitting Jack for a couple of hours.

Tonight he was what can only be discribed as a very sorryful chap, poor lamb is teething, blood red cheeks breaking into cries that turned to screams.

wouldn't take any solids and managed to bring back his milk, all over Gran (me) on one occasion, oh what Joy.

The only good thing is I will get a full nights sleep but his Mam ohhh she is in for a very sleepless one methinks.

Wedding Card Budget 3 with Template

Made using the matchbox fold, template below.
Top flap is scored where the ribbon is tied then embossed with the Swiss dots A" Cuttlebug folder the corners of the top flap has been rounded with a corner punch and the bottom edge punched with the Martha Stewart Flourish edger punch.

Attention to detail...

The butterfly is punched (Stampin Up Punch) once in gold then the next in the waste card then embossed with the Swiss dots A2 Cuttlebug Folder, iridescent pearls are used for the butterfly body the top embossed butterfly is glued at the body and the wings pushed upwards.

A few of you have asked for sizes of the finished cards and how it was made I have made a template with information of sizes and where to score.

Please note: Start with A4 size card.

Template is not to scale.

Wedding Card Budget 2

Keeping the style of card the same this time the Stylised flower A2 Cuttlebug embossing folder was used across the top flap and a corner rounder punch was used on the top flap corners, again the ovals made with Stampin Up punches, finishing with the gold rings and ribbon.
This card works out a little dearer than the first due to using ribbon and metal gold rings.

Attention to detail...

The ribbon is tied all of the way around the card it can be slid up over the top flap to keep it closed, the rings are threaded onto the ribbon when making the 2nd knot.

Wedding Card Budget

budgeting for a wedding can be the nightmare for any new couple starting out, so, I wanted to create a wedding invitation at a low cost yet keeping the elegance that weddings insist on.
I started by using a matchbook fold, and embossing the top front portion with the Victorian A2 embossing folder, for the fancy edging I used the EK success double scallop punch then added 3 blossoms to the top left corner

Attention to detail...

3 die cut blossoms and a cuttlebug A2 Victorian folder made the main focal point of the card and a dot of golden rod stickles to accent the centre of the blossoms, making the professional bridal finish that every bride wants.

Stamped wording and oval punches from Stampin Up a couple of foam pads on the back make a catch to hold down the the top folded card.
