Border Punch Card

I used the Kreaxions 3in1 punch to create a frame as the focal point of the card I took a couple of pretty papers and punched the border down 2 opposite edges then turn the border inwards to show the white side of the patterned paper, I then matched the papers one inside of the other to create the frame.
I used the Stamping up It's Beautiful Wheel to stamp on the base card using Close to cocoa ink.
Using the Wishing You Stamp set by PTI I stamped the dragonfly in brocade blue and close to cocoa ink and sponged the edges, using glossy accent I glazed the dragon fly wings and added a pretty copper ribbon to finish.

Damask Holder Folder

I decided to have a go at a card set contained within a folder.

Lauren my Daughter runs a Slimming World group and I thought it would be lovely for them to recive a well done card from her so I set too with making her a modern card set
The stamp set used is Damask by Papertrey Ink.

A view of the folder opened up, as you can see I made a spine and stamped it to match.
The ribbon that ties the folder runs below the white card acrossthe front the spine and the back, the loose ends of the ribbon are tucked inside for photography purposes.

The inside of the folder, I made a couple of pockets to hold the cards and envelopes then added some white punched and staped card on top of the pockets.

Stamped and scored 6 matching cards to slot inside the folder.

I thought the words below would be very apt for a good weight loss, so, they were stamped inside the cards.

Of course I stamped a smalled image onto the envelope as I wanted all to match.

Life

This was made with the PTI stamp set Life designed by Lisa Johnson, I love this set some of the sentiments are beautiful ans the foliage is all suitable as silhouettes.
I stamped onto a very deep coloured purple card stock using Versamark and white detail powder then heat embossed it, the white paper border was made using a 3 in 1 punch made by Kreaxions, I wish I'd bought a couple of these punches when I was at Harrogate as I can't seem to find a stockist in the UK.

Prayer Card

The card below has an inverted look to it as there is 2 cut out nestibilities shapes cut out of card & the prayer is stamped onto the base card inside the cut out shapes.
The top layer of card has been stamped with a PTI flourish and the little flower stamped from the same set then cut out and glue in place on top of the flourish.
The Prayer stamp is by stampendous

Click on the images below to see a close up of the prayer and the 3d little flowers

Elegant Damask

I used the the Papertrey ink Damask Stamp set and stamped the elegant large Damask image onto the white card base and added a pearl to the centre.
I also used one of the papers from PTI and using the EK success border punch made a fancy edge and glued it on the bottom part of the card using the punched out shapes from the paper I glue them opposite the border to make a negative pattern then glued one of the shapes onto both top corners.
The card was finished by tying a ribbon just above the border.

Because sometimes the inside of the card is as important as the front of the card this is how I finished this one, I used the EK success border punch on a black paper liner then again on the white printed insert.
