Floral Craft - Violas

It has been so long since I did any Floral Craft that I thought I might have lost my touch but I managed to grab a couple of hours free time so I sat down and went to work.
I love Violas such a pretty little flower and to make them from scratch was a challenge trying to capture there likeness.
I used a small pear punch, a mini sun punch, a medium Japanese Gingko punch and a medium birch leaf for the flower and a deep purple marker to add the centre veins to the petals.

Hope you like this.

That's lovely Jak. bought myself some punches and a "how to" book at the weekend to try making flowers - found some tools in my sugarcraft kit that I don't use much - and now transferred to card craft! Had a little play tonight and was pleased with results, so thanks for the inspiration.

Oh how beautiful!! I would never have guessed you made the flowers - thought at first they must have come from some specialist supplier, until I read your notes. Wonderful - what a talented lady. Love the look of the whole card. JennyH.
