Jack, Sneak Peek 2 and Promarker Winner

Look who popped in, Jack is quite the chatterbox now although your guess is as good as mine to what he is chattering about haha! this is him pulling his funny face at Granda while he takes a picture of us. he did go on to blow raspberries at Granda and I have a great chocolatey dribble picture which I will keep until he is 16 years old lol!

Coming soon.... Nice 'n' Easel decoupage sheets from La Pashe 8 sheets with stunning floral designs, they are the perfect size for your Easel cards or alternatively would make a stunning square card.

I made this one into a draw bottom card and slipped a second card made from the same sheet into the drawer.

Nice 'n' Easel will be available next week from La Pashe

Congratulations Trish if you care to email me (email addy on my sidebar) your details I will pop your prize in the post for you.

Psssst.... Something New. Sneak Peek

It's nearly here..... next week bring the launch of 8 fabulous A4 sheets of Build a Blossom by La Pashe.
As most of you will know one of my loves is producing realisic 3 dimensional flowers. Well if you love them as much as I do you just won't want to miss out on these.

Won't it be fabulous to do some floral crafting without the expense of a different punch or die for each petal, stamen or leaf and better still we have got the colours sorted out for you too.

The flowers make stunning cards and also the most amazing finishing touch to a gift box, we will even provide some gift tags on the sheet.

Not only will you be able to get the sheets from La Pashe real soon but you will also be able to get the shaping tools to use too

I will also make some video's with tips amd techniques to get the most out of the blossoms so watch out for those too.

I think if you head on over to the DT girls you will see even more sneak peeks

Project of the Month - Vintage

Its that time again and this Month's theme for the Blog Hop is Vintage and our host is Debbie and that's is where the blog hop begins.
So I chose a once upon a time approach to it and did the fairy that lived at the bottom of my Grandmothers garden.
We will hold this every third Thursday of the month , we aim to give you a little inspiration and hopefully a few Oooo's and Awe's along the way.
The Dream Team is made up with some of the most talented ladies so be sure to give them all a visit.
This Month my image is Finna and she can be purchased here

I have used Copic Markers and sakura pens to colour her, she twinkles much more than is shown in the image. I coloured some wooden hearts and my flower center with the copic markers too. I teamed the image with DCWV cotton linen paper and used lace ans a ribbon die cut flower and frames to embellish
I figured that Vintage doesn't have to be brown so I'm hoping you agree with me.

Next up on the blog hop is one of our new team members Bea so pop by and leave her a comment
Once you have done the Blog Hop why not give the Dream Team blog a visit there are many more wonderful creations on there just for you inspiration the link is on my side bar.

Some Thank You's

I just wanted to say a few thank yous to everyone who has donated to the Help for Katie fundraising that I have been doing, I know the goods that you get in return are a very big sweetener to people that donate but without your kind hearts this wouldn't be possible.

Also everyone who hopped over to Katie's blog and left her words of encouragement I know just how much it means to her and Katie writes an incredible journey of what is happening to her.

Katie has had her 2nd batch of chemo and is just coming out of the other side of this now as it left her weak and fatigued this time round and in Katie's words "very foggy"
Katie has took control of her hair loss situation and got Kevin (husband) to shave her head, which as you can imagine wouldn't have been an easy task for wither of them.

I am sharing a couple of Katie's photo's with you today.

So onto the fundraising, we have raised a great amount but i know that with your help we can do even better so please please tell everyone you know about the fundraising and lets do our utmost to help Katie and her family.

Alice in Stockings Wonderland

Can you believe my husband chris dragged me craft shopping yesterday, I'm beginning to think his model making is alright lol! i have it off to a fine art, send him one way to look for his stuff whilst I head the other way and as quick as a trolly dash I have my basket filled to the till and payed for before he gets back ha ha, perfect.
My card to day is Alice and a beauty she is too, quite a modern spin on this one.
Alice is coloured with Copic Markers and teamed with Stampin Up Papers I used a Martha Stewart Deep Edger Punch to make the center strip and tied a pale blue ribbon around it.

Please keep saying your prayers and thinking positive thoughts for my dear friend Katie, she had her second batch of Chemo this week.
