Fantastic Ribbons - Blog Candy ends 12th June

I have some very exciting blog candy from Fantastic Ribbons but before I get to that I wanted to share a card made using some of the lush satin ribbon that they sell.
A pretty satin ribbon, a notebook punch some pretty papers, a sweet hAnglar stAnglar stamp , Promarkers to colour and a bit of love to bring it all together.

Attention to detail...

See what I did here with the Fantastic Ribbon, a couple of folds and a pretty flower on top.

I added some sweet letters and raised a couple of them with dimensional dots to make them pop.

As most of you will know ribbon makes a fabulous finishing touch to your cards and scrapbooks and I for one just love the stuff.

Visit their web site and see why www.FantasticRibbons.co.uk are now the UKs leading craft and hobby ribbon supplier on a roll. Take a look at their summer sizzler colours, the fruity dotted sheers or the fabulous shaded roses on a cord. Remember the more you buy the more you save. Enjoy!

Now for a Fantastic Ribbon Prize, after you have visited their website Come back and tell me in a comment which colour and type of their ribbon you like best, then add the Blog Candy to your blog I will pick 1 winner who will receive 10 reels of their Fantastic Ribbon.

I will pick a winner on Saturday the 12th June

Summer time card - Lacie with Ice- cream

The summer time card is a little ironic as yesterday we had bright sunshine then rain and later we even had hail stones here in the UK.
Lacie with Ice-cream is a new digi image by Mo Manning and can be purchased from Digital Pencil Too, I used Stampin Up background papers, Nestabilities Ovals, a Prima Flower some dew drops ribbon and a bit of love to bring it all together.

Attention to detail...

I added the Prima Flower then with a stickles glitter glue I just touched the edges of the flower to add a little sparkle.

As a few people asked me to do a tutorial on how to use the nestabilities with an overhang of the image I have done one, it is over on the tutorial page.
