A happy house is a house where the kettle is never cold, my Mother and Father in Laws house is one of those.

Today is their Anniversary So I made this card for them.

My Father in Law loves to dabble with Templates so this seemed the perfect card for him, cut from the Silhouette Portrait.

Remember the tea pot and cup and saucer?

Well I’ve filled the Teapot with biscuits, the cup is full of hot Chocolate sachets now and I bought a tray to put them on, along with some luxury fruit scones, some strawberry preserve and some clotted cream as a treat.

Donkey or Donkeyess

 

I could quite easily of made an Ass of this card (pun intended) because I thought that this was a lady Donkey, it’s so pretty I was sure it was until after I’d finished colouring her tufts Shocking Pink, made the card up, did the photography and went to save it to my computer there was the name Murphy by Digital Delights oops! ha ha. I hope I got away with it.

The pretty designer papers are Kaiser Kraft, love their paper pads

Update on Jack

You just wouldn’t believe how he has grown, tonight he had a dress rehearsal for world Book day.

Now that wasn’t the end of todays adventures, after his Mam picked him up from nursery they when to His little Nanna’s and Granda’s house (his Great Nanna and Granda) his Mam always cuts little Granda’s hair but today Jack became the little Barber.

The little cups inside are from Asda and they fit perfectly, I scalled the template to 79% on the Silhouette Portrait before cutting.

Just Inklined to Hop–Die cuts and Pearls

Here we go again with our Monthly Blog Hop.

Gaynor is host this month and Die cuts and Pearls is the theme and that is where you should have started.

You should have landed on my blog from Tangii if not got to the very beginning as I know the girls have all worked hard to bring you something special.

I have used the  Chrysanthemum set from Just Inklined for my image and used the main bloom.

Coloured with Copic and chalk pencils and blended with paper stumps.

Actually I did cheat, I used the Silhouette Portrait instead of dies but I won’t tell if you don't.

I finished my card with a pretty pearls from Mei Flower
