Marker Pen and Die Storage

They are here, yay! I’ve been awaiting their arrival and I’ve finally got them in my sticky mitts.

This is going to get me organised for 2013 for sure.

I intend labelling the die storage so that I know exactly where things are, I can’t wait.

As soon as I’m sorted I’ll be back to make you drool.

Winter Spirit

We are hosting a winter Spirit Challenge over on the Ribbon Carousel Blog this month

I have chosen some Winter Mittens for my theme, they are a template from Creations by AR 

I used Bakers Twine and Velvet with Lace edging to decorate the mittens, I think this could be a real fun project to do with children allowing them to decorate the mittens.

I used the Letraset Rub on Transfer letters to add the sentiment.

The backing papers, twine and ribbon are all from Ribbon Carousel.

I used a Stampin Up punch down one side of the paper

 

Amazing Handmade Bags

I have an amazing friend who makes amazing bags, so much so that I ordered 3 from her, one for myself, one for my youngest Daughter and one for my eldest Daughter.

Well they were more than thrilled with them my youngest is not a girly girl but my eldest is so the challenge I gave her was for the none girly bag. Tangii  came up trumps and made the most amazing messenger bag for her, My eldest is a leader with Slimming World so I want a bag in their colours that she could take for leafleting or head office meetings or even to her groups.

I managed to get a photograph of me youngest with her bag.

On the Wings of Love

Well you know now that Christmas is out of the way we need to get our thinking caps on for the next occasion, I’m figuring it will be Valentines day and then Mothering Sunday.

I thing Fashion by Saturated Canary is a great one for the younger generation not typically a Valentine as she would be perfect as a Birthday or a Thank You card too.

Coloured with Copic markers and teamed with Pink Paisley Secret Crush papers and gingham ribbon from Ribbon Carousel 

I will be up and out early morning again on my bike ride, I want a peachy butt for the summer.
