Oh isn’t technology wonderful, I was able to schedule this post before i went on holiday and here you are now reading it whilst I am lay in Paradise getting sunned up.

As most of you know both Chris and I have been choosing healthier options in our eating and yes we have had the occasional treat too as life would be pretty grim and food pretty boring if you didn’t.
We have been measuring our progress on the Wii Fit although for me it was purely measuring and none of the fit bit as my back just wouldn’t let me, Chris however has become an avid cyclist, he is up to 10 mile rides now and he loves it.
So before I leave for my holidays I just had to tell you all that according to the Wii Fit we are no longer obese, in fact our little profile characters have gone from being very embarrassing little fat chubby dudes to a new slimmer look !yay!
However we do have the little set back of an all inclusive holiday and Chris being Chris just cannot walk past a buffet without sampling everything on the table, I think we will be doing lots of swimming while we are there, I really do not want to come home and get on that Wii Fit for the slimmer profile dudes to explode.

I have beat our artist into submission at Just Inklined and nailed him down to drawing something for the ladies, after the popular demand of Charlotte and Abigail I knew that I wanted more. Jim cried in the corner for a while until I told him after he gave me what I wanted I would grant his wish to drawing something of his choice (Halloween, he has a naughty side)

I’m now in countdown stage for my holidays and would you believe my back is worse than ever, the spasm in the scan on Monday has sent it into melt down mode.
I’m taking heat patches to the Dominican Republic how crazy is that?
I have a few posts scheduled in ready so I won’t leave you high and dry and I will try to do a post or two from my holidays. I’m super busy today at work, tidying all the loose ends up with it being my last day for 3 whole weeks.
