Hurry Harold

Such a great image this one, and it will suit Chris’s dad down to the ground, it isn’t just fathers day for him today but it is also his Birthday so double whammy on the present and card front.

Hurry Harold even looks like him, he dots about all over on his scooter and it has given him his second wind since getting one.

happy Fathers day to all those Dads out there and hugs to those whose Fathers are no longer with them.

My card is an 8”x 8” card the papers are from a very old K & Co scrapbook pad.

Image is a digi stamp from Just Inklined and can be purchased here as a digi stamp and here as a digi print

Come Out and Play

Come out and Play by Mo Manning reminds me so much of myself when I was little, me and my best friend Hazel all but lived in our roller skates we used to make up display routines and dance in them, looking back makes me giggle as we used to live next to a coal mine in fact right in the pit grounds and we would dance for the miners and often got pennies for our skating which went straight into the Pit Canteen for sweets ha ha, how embarrassing now.

You can purchase Come out and Play at Mo’s Digital pencil

What a Handsome Couple–Love is…

Growing old together…

Nothing sweeter than this couple don’t you think?
Young Love captured by Mo Manning at Mo’s Digital Pencil I’m not sure if Mo has brought this image over to her new shop yet but I’m sure if you give her a shout she will sort it for you. I coloured the digi stamp with Copic Sketch markers and layered the image with pretty designer papers and a sheer ribbon tied in a double bow.

The couple below will be celebrating their Silver Wedding Anniversary in July so not long until they resemble the image above.

Guilty as Sin

I managed to get a card made, thank you for all the well wishes. It all started last Wednesday when I felt like I’d been swallowing razor blades then the bad head aches started, I took the Thursday off work feeling quite poorly, Friday was much the same but I had so much to do that I had t just try and forget about it. Saturday morning the day of the wedding started with a couple of headache tablets and feeling pretty rough, got to the hairdressers they plied me with coffee. came home and more headache tablets, I put on a face of makeup for the wedding and got through it with smiles.

Saturday evening when we got home I made a hot toddy and Chris went off to bed, around 2 am I started the shakes I just couldn’t control them, I got into bed and snuggled up to Chris who thankfully put his arm around me and helped them to go away, Sunday I felt ill, aches pains horrendous head and watering eyes. I went to work on Monday but had to leave and come home and I’ve had 2 days since mostly in bed, thankfully I think the worst is over now.

So now onto my card, it is clean and simple I used 2 images Guilty Rocco and Guilty Bert and i just love their expessions Mo has captured them perfectly both digital stamps can be purchased from Mo’s Digital Pencil

Which one of this pair do you think ate them?
