Thomas Kinkade - Make a Wish Cottage

I used a brayer, Archival Ink & smooth white card stock to stamp up the Thomas Kinkade - Make a wish Cottage rubber stamp bought at Cornish Heritage Farms I then broke out my Prisma pencils to add colour to the image, I stared with the greens adding various shades and blended with gamsol and a paper stump and then added the colour to the rest again blending with the paper stump.
I used HOTP paper as a background on top of a deep red card stock then layered the image and the Papertrey Ink sentiments in the same red and some cream card, added them to the base card and finished this a vintage cream ribbon.

Floral Punch Craft - Dahlia

A clever little diamond fold card http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkDfbyHXKvY
papers from PTI, added the FPC flower and leaves to finish off the card
The Floral Punch Craft flower took best part of an evening to construct working with 48 small tear drop punched out shapes and 6 small hearts cut in half then adding them to daisy and snowflake shapes,so, even though I love the result it could be a long, long time before I make another.

Floral Punch Craft - Poppies

I love the vibrance of Poppies, each day on my way to and from work I pass a field which is just a blanket of poppies I have to catch my breath everytime I pass them.
I used the Papertrey Ink stamps with a Brilliance Rocket Red to stamp the sentiments and cut out the rectangles with Nestabilities to mount the Poppies onto then tied it all together with a grosgrain bright red ribbon.

Nostalgic Card

The Tin Bath stamp made by Me.
I had this image sketched for me by the Artist I am working with at the moment (Jim Harker) and I loved it so much I asked him to draw it up for me.
He gave me the image this afternoon and I new once dinner was over I would be producing my own craft stamp with it and here it is!
The background papers are from HOTP I stamped the image with versafine the coloured with watercolours.
I got some tips on colouring from Jim so this is the revived newly coloured card

Floral Punch Craft - Hydrangea

This was made using the Violets & Iris and the Lilacs & Daphne Floral Punch Bunch Theme punches and Penny Black stamps.

I punched out the flowers in 2 contrasting coloured paper and shaped them by pressing into the centres until they were a cupped flower I punched out the leaves in a green paper and scored in the veins and coloured them using fluid chalk inks, I built up the leaves and flowers onto a half Polystyrene half ball until it was fully covered.

Then inked up the flower stamp with Brilliance pearlescent ink in two contasting colours and a leaf shade and stamped directly onto the card.

I used black ink for the sentiment then layered this up.
