Year of the Flowers - Violets

Year of the Flowers stamp set by Papertrey Ink, irish blessing by Clarity Stamps, Kraft Card and Copic Sketch Markers, a couple of pearls and a bit of love to bring it all together.
This was one of those cards that had sat on my desk uncoloured, I wanted something in soft shades but it kept tempting me to colour it in reds or lavender shades but i resisted and finally got it coloured

Poor Jack

Lauren came with Jack on Monday as we watch him whilst she runs a slimming club and I was really busy uploading a card to my blog when she asked "what shall I do with him because I have to go" so funnily I said "just stick him in the cupboard" so she opened the cupboard door which is the utility cupboard and this was the result.
Mmmm I think he like it ha ha!

Through the Trees

Sometimes simplicity just shines through.
i had this Through the Trees stamp set by Papertrey Ink sitting on my desk, i was looking at it thinking I was going to get into an inky mode when I stamped the trees onto the card this happened, I no longer thought getting inky was the way to go.

Attention to detail...

A simple band of moss coloured card with a white sheer ribbon and a sentiment charm.

Sad Story

Today we went to sign for a new car and in doing so met with a great fellow who was there to entertain the Children of parents visiting the showroom (Magic Mick) now I couldn't resist the opportunity of having my very own magic balloons made up, Mick told us that while he was entertaining some terrible person had stolen his iPhone, they should be utterly ashamed of themselves, this is a guy who was there to entertain the children trying to make an honest living, shame on you that took it.
Anyway mick was so lovely and if you are in the North east and need a children's entertainer for parties or you need a mobile disco then Mick is your man, he can be found at magicredfearn@aol.com
Below is my daughter holding my prized possession from mick.
