Lovely card as always. Take care......... Sue
Here we are again with our first Monthly Blog Hop this year for Just Inklined,
Joyce is host this month and Out of the Box is the theme and that is where you should have started.
You should have landed on my blog from Tangii if not got to the very beginning as I know the girls have all worked hard to bring you something special.
I have used the new Chrysanthemum set from Just Inklined for my image and used all three digital images to make a corner image.
I used a cream card to print out the image then used FlexMarkers in Sunflower, Canary and Buttercup for the blossoms and Herb Green and Pear Green for the leaves.
I printed the image twice and layered up some of the blossoms like decoupage to give it a 3 dimensional appearance.
I let some of the petals go outside of the square cut out shape so it was Out of the Box for our theme.
I finished my card with a pretty silk cream bow and a ribbon slider from Mei Flower
Now hop over to Lori as I know she has something special ready to show you and remember to leave comments on all of the blogs as we always have spot prizes from the comments left.
Are you ready for a good giggle? oh my word, they say in filming you should never work with Animals or Children, I think I now understand why.
I was trying to show you a video of Jack raising his Eyebrows as he has just found out that he can do this, it then turned in to him pulling faces and then this happened. I think this one needs keeping to show future girlfriends ha,ha,ha!
Good morning friends, the sun dance I asked you all to do seemed to have worked, we have brilliant sunshine, unfortunately not in time to melt the ice on our roads for me to get out on my bike, hopefully I’ll get out later today.
This guy has the opposite problem It’s Hot from Mo’s Digital Pencil
Coloured with FlexMarkers by Letraset, I feel my bones warmed already.
I wanted to show an image with loads of skin tones at I have 2 sets to give away.
I have these to give away
If you would like to leave my a comment of why you would like to win these FlexMarkers I will pick 2 winners on Monday
Good Morning friends, I’m hoping this coming week end to get out and about so can you all please do a little sun dance for me.
I pondered for ages over this colouring, I see so many in pink or blue/green that I wanted this one to be warm and inviting, I think I may have got it right.
Little Mermaid Kailani from the Little Mermaids set by Mo’s Digital Pencil
Coloured with FlexMarkers by Letraset and I used a little bit of chalk pencil for the background.
I kept to red /yellow shades like Spice, Ginger and rosewood and added some Canary for highlights, then finished by cutting her out with a Spellbinders Die and adding ribbon and pearls to finish, after all, all real mermaids should have pearls don't you think?
Happy Friday everyone.
