Promarker Master Class

Class now Filled

I just popped in to let you know that I have 1 place left on my Promarker Master class to be held on  20th August at Imag-e-nation in Tyne and Wear I thought I would pop in on here just in case you fancied coming along.

It will run from 10am until 3pm lunch and refreshments will be provided.

We will not be making a card, I want to fit as much technique in as possible.

The class will focus on blending skills, colouring skin, colouring hair, shading and shadows and background work.

6 Promarkers and a technique DVD will be included in the cost of the lesson. I was going to do some information sheets but I think sometimes visual is much better to learn from and the DVD will enable people to watch at their leisure and practice.

Poppies

SUMMER set lip to earth's bosom bare,
And left the flush'd print in a poppy there;
Like a yawn of fire from the grass it came,
And the fanning wind puff'd it to flapping flame

Coloured with copic markers, card aribrushed in the same colours then debossed using the Cuttlebug Stylised Flowers embossing folder, lace and pearl pin from Dainty Paperie, ribbon and sentiment stamp from Papertrey Ink. poppy digi stamp from Sketching Stamper

Sharing in your Sorrow

I’ve had this idea in my head for a couple of days, looking for the image that would fit the card, I knew how the finished layout would look but couldn’t fit the image, then whilst tidying my craft room I came across the stamp set Hopeful Thoughts from Stampin Up

It has been a while since I had stamped and embossed so I really enjoyed doing this, not a Copic or Promarker in sight.

Tip Toe Through the Tulips With Me

Are you singing along? I’m hoping one of the artists at Just Inklined reads this as he’ll be singing it all day long if he does.

Summer

Oh this was a devil to photograph, the butterflies that look black on the acetate are actually silver foiling but I’m sure you’ll get the gist of it.

The image is called Summer and is a digital Stamp by Funky Kits.

Coloured with Copic Markers and cut out with the long rectangle nestabilities by spellbinders and the dots are Dainty Dots from Dainty Paperie
