Summer time card - Lacie with Ice- cream

The summer time card is a little ironic as yesterday we had bright sunshine then rain and later we even had hail stones here in the UK.
Lacie with Ice-cream is a new digi image by Mo Manning and can be purchased from Digital Pencil Too, I used Stampin Up background papers, Nestabilities Ovals, a Prima Flower some dew drops ribbon and a bit of love to bring it all together.

Attention to detail...

I added the Prima Flower then with a stickles glitter glue I just touched the edges of the flower to add a little sparkle.

As a few people asked me to do a tutorial on how to use the nestabilities with an overhang of the image I have done one, it is over on the tutorial page.

Nestabilities labels 10

The main feature on this card is the Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels 10 and what a perfect way to accentuate them then having a stamp set purposely made to match them.
Claire Brennan at Waltzingmouse Stamps creates fantastic stamp designs so be sure to give her a visit and you won't be disappointed.
Melon coloured base card a cream Cuttlebug embossed background and a gold card underlay punched using the Martha Stewart border punch, a blossom and some pearls and a bit of love to bring it together.

My Friend

Isn't this just the sweetest? the little dog peeping from under the gate and the little girl tipped over to see him, the image is called My Friend and can be purchased from Mo's Digital Pencil Too.
I used Promarkers to colour the image, check out the pink cardigan on the little girl, I will do a tutorial soon on how to do the highlighted area.

Attention to detail...

I used a Martha Stewart border punch onto the pink card then slipped a piece of pretty background paper between the two edges then tied a thin ribbon around the centre.

Knotted Hanky Weather

My Dad was always one for a real cotton hankerchief not a disposable tissue and Mam found some new ones of his and sent them down for hubby (Chris).
Lauren popped down with Jack and left him with me while she went for a drive in the new car with her Dad and as Jack is into everything at the moment he soon had his hands on the hankies, I knotted one of them in all 4 corners and popped it on his head, Lauren said I was cruel but actually I reckon he likes it judging by this cheeky grin.

My new baby

Qashqai n-tec
Ok in my terms it is silver with shiney bits on but if you ask Chris he says things like Fancy Chrome bits, alloys, sat nav, reversing camera cooled glove box more miles per gallon full auto sunroof and the list goes on.
