Saying Hi

Whilst I was viewing my stats for my blog it got me thinking to how marvelous the World Wide Web is, being from the UK I was amazed at all the different countries that were showing on my stats places like United States, Austrailia, Canada, Mexico, China, Russia,Iceland and many many more.
Pretty amazing that someone from all these countries have visited my humble blog.
The one visable country that I hadn't had a visit from today was Japan so if any of you know a crafter in Japan feel free to send them my way, I'd be thrilled.

So I want to thank you all for visiting and let everyone know that your visits are very much appreciated.

Floral Punch Craft - Moth Orchid

Well I set myself a challenge with this one and that was to make the Moth Orchid, I took the instructions from Floral Punch Craft VI by Leone Em and sat down with a coffee and set to work.
The Punch used on this flower is the Moth Orchid theme punch by Punch Bunch and coloured this with water colours.
I used a fiskers border bunch I think it was called running water to add the scallop effect to the pink card and then added a couple of score lines with the Scor-Pal, the top part of the card was embossed with the cuttlebug Stylised Flowers folder.
I cut out a couple of rectangles from the nestabilities and stamped the sentiment by Papertrey Ink Garden of Life set
Then used this as a plaque for the orchid to sit on, I added a few pearls and a ribbon to finish.

Bubbled Stampbord - Christmas Card

The Stampbord was sprayed with water before colouring with inks and then the bird stamp by Inkadinkado stamped on the middle then I used the heat gun on the edges of the stampbord this bubbles as the clay is damp where the water is added once this had cooled I used versamark and gold embossing powder on the top of the bubbles and again applied the heat gun to melt the embossing powder.
I added stickles glitter glue and a few gems for extra effect.

Tapestry Stamps - Joy

Well I could hardly make Noel without making Joy could I?
made in exactly the same way as the Noel card except I used the Oval Nestabilities in place of the long rectangles.

Tapestry Stamps - Noel

A Quick 10 minute card with no fuss.
An A6 card tent fold embossed on the front with one of the long rectangle nestabilities then cut out the next sizes down in red and gold then one more in white which I samped the word Noel and then used the tapestry peg stamps to decorate the O in the word, layered them all together with foam pads and added a pretty ribbon to the top.
