Silver Anniversary and Extra Blog Candy

Wow 25 years Married, would I change it? no not at all, I happened to marry the most wonderful man, caring, sharing and loving oh and patient, yes, very patient. We are celebrating our Anniversary in the Lake District, somewhere we both love to be, I don’t do parties very well as I worry too much about people enjoying themselves so escaping to a place we love was the best option.

I can tell you that Chris needs a medal the size of a bin lid because I’m not the easiest to live with as I have a fiery temper, lucky for me that he always dampens out the flames (that's the fireman in him), I have a couple of picture to show you, now and then ones.

    Congratulations on "25 Years" !! He must be a wonderful man. Watched a tv show today talking about hair loss. Chris was predisposed to lose his hair. Probably came from his mother's family. Beautiful wedding dress!

    Congrats on 25 years! I love the before and after photo's and face it, when they do have hair, it is all gray now anyway....! LOL My kids are in trouble- baldness runs on my Mom's side too.......

    Congratulations Jak, love the photos. We celebrated our 30th earlier this year and like you prefered to celebrate by going away to our favourite place (Cornwall). I'm like you - too worried how people are enjoying themselves to have a good time myself, its definately the best option to just go away! Heres to your next 25 years together!

    Wow, congratulations Jak (and Chris too!)Hope you enjoy your break... I celebrate my 35th anniversary next week and am being treated to a few days away, so don't pinch all the sunshine will ya, lol!! What is it with all these long suffering crafting husbands - they all seem to be patient and tolerant of us lot?
