A few of you ask me when I did the before and after pictures of Chris where the before and after picture were of my weight loss, I did shy away from showing them but now I have a true comparison for you.
This is me back in early October 2012 took with Dean at Create and Craft TV.
And today early August 2013 again with Dean at Create and Craft TV today.
I'm on at 7pm with Dean the naughty chappy.
