Fairy Needle–Sewing Cards

It has been quite some time since I did sewing on a card, mostly as I don’t get much time to do it but also because I forget how nice it looks.

Today I set up the Mini Janome sewing machine and gave this image the treatment it deserves.

Image coloured with Copic markers and chalk pencils.

I found the perfect bit on chipboard sentiment to go with the card.

The tension was not perfect on the thread but it still works.

And a couple of these crochet blossoms just finish it off nicely.

    Fantastic card Jak, i do stitching on cards but hand stitching as i don't have a sewing machine lol. Love the colours you have used on your card.

    Pretty card Jak and the sewing certainly adds to it and that crochet flower is fab my old next door neighbour used to do beautiful ones.

    what a sweet image so nicely colored Jak! and great stitching! I have to get my Janome onto the table and working - it's lost it's tension or something as it sews terribly!

    This is F.A.B. Jak! I love to see stitching on cards ut as I don'rt posess a sewing machine it just soesn't happen on mine! I love the colours you've used & the crocheted flowers are divine!
