This is a feel good image, I remember my own Mam baking bread for the week every Sunday, we had dough proving all over the house in every warm spot you could find, we knew when it was time to take the stottie cake bread out of the oven as it used to sting my sinus’s when it was ready but I was still there first for a taster of the warm just cooked batch laden with the finest butter and a spoon of golden syrup. Are you drooling yet?

Good news, I got my appointment through for my MRI scan, it’s this coming Monday so not such a long wait now.

I kinda followed in her footsteps only I don't make bread every week; just every now and then.
Nothing smells better then bread baking in the oven
Not familiar with golden syrup but it sounds really good on fresh bread.

That golden crust makes my nose HAPPY! I can TOTALLY smell the bread from growing up. How funny that I just pulled that same ribbon for another card and then decided against it. This is a GORGEOUS card and I LOVE the layout and that MME is my FAVE!!!!!

Beautiful card and even thinking about home made bread is making me hungry Jak. Good luck with the MRI. You will be very sore after laying on it for a while but hopefully you will get some help from the results of it.
