Using up Ribbon Scraps - Card for Soldiers

It took me a while but I got a card made, I’ve coloured lots but this is the first one I’ve managed to get made up.

This is Soldier Girl by Mo’s Digital Pencil the is also Soldier Boy in the shop too, I thought it would be perfect for sending to Mams and Dads in the forces or as a welcome home card.

Now the good part, camouflage with my left over ribbon scraps from Ribbon Carousel I don’t like wasting any.

A great way to use up those scraps of ribbon.soldier girl2

Don’t be put off with doing the camouflage, it’s so easy, just pick your colours and start splodging. I also coloured up the Soldier Boy but as yet he hasn’t made it into card form.

Tomorrow is a busy day and I have a Christening (my Nieces baby, Layla) and a Wedding (my boss), Thankfully we are staying at the wedding venue so I’ll be able to go and rest for a while, so tomorrow I will put on my happy face and enjoy the day best I can, the wedding venue is beautiful so I’ll try to get some photo’s.

  9. You make fabulous cards, but, i'm not a soldier/army fan and especially not with a small boy. For me the days of calling your little one 'soldier' have long gone. Sorry.

Thought you were taking total break Jak, lovely to see the cards etc. but just be careful not to overdo it so easy to slip backwards.
