Especially for a Lady

Geesh it’s been hot, I managed to get my washing dried outside today, I love that. Tomorrow I’m going to treat myself and have my nails done as the sunny weather makes me want pretty nails. then tomorrow night I’ve a date with husband Chris and we are going out for dinner with Sheena Douglas and her lovely man Russ.

So onto my card, keeping in the theme of sunny days and thinking of afternoon teas I reached for the new Nitwit collection of Time for Tea and came up with this.

Isn’t it pretty? I used one of the spellbinders oval frame dies from the pierceabilities range, I played around with the time for tea collection in my graphics program to make the center piece.

I used the Mei Flower gems top and bottom of the card,I love the graduated sizes of them all on one card.

time for tea3

Finished it off with a pretty sheer lemon ribbon and a Prima stick pin.

    Have a great time tomorrow, i can just see the 4 of you together, it will be a hoot, think the men will just leave all the chatting to you and Sheena. Wish i was could be a fly on the wall tomorrow when you and Sheena get in full flow lol lol lol.

    Wow! That's a real winner Jak. Your yellow bow is 'the bees knees', most people would have gone for a shade of purple I suspect. Super card!
