A big day coming up in the card making world, Saint Valentine’s Day, the earliest record of Valentines day is way back in 1382 and was a poem by Geoffrey Chaucer who wrote ;
For this was on seynt Volantynys day
Whan euery bryd comyth there to chese his make
Whan euery bryd comyth there to chese his make
(For this was Saint Valentine's Day, when every bird cometh there to choose his mate)
I was written to commemorate the first Anniversary of King Richard II of England to Anne of Bohemia.
I think we all have a little romantic side to us even if some don’t like to admit it and by sending cards and Valentines gifts is often a way of expressing that love.
I wanted to show you my gifts which came yesterday
Flowers and Chocolates
Aren’t they beautiful?
Now I have to figure what to get in return but I do have a few ideas for Valentines gifts for men so hopefully I can can things ordered today.
