Little Walker

Oh how I remember those first steps, just how wobbly they are and more often than enough then land on their bums, thanks heavens for nappy padding. Before long they are like whippets and you need to be as fast as Linford Christie to catch them ha ha!

The Digital stamp is Walker by Mo’s Digital Pencil

I used Papertrey Ink designer paper, a piece of lace and papertrey Ink ribbon, some block letters that I picked up at the early learning center a couple of paper flowers and a pretty pink button.

Image coloured with Copic Sketch Markers.

Just a little update on Natalie, she is continuing to get better and she still hasn’t had a cigarette, I’m so proud of her.

  5. Sweet card!! Glad for Natalie - I have been smoking for over 20 years, and it is hard to quit so I am quite proud of her, she doesn't need them!! (hugs from the hacking smoker on the other side of the pond)

  6. Beautiful card and Congrats to Natalie on not smoking.

Years ago one of my friends told me to wear a loose rubberband on my wrist. When the smoking urge hit, snap the rubberband, well, it helped. It reminded me I do no longer smoke. You can do it Natalie and you'll feel so much better, if the urge strikes, maybe grab your Mum's copic markers and color a bit.

    Hugs, Lori m

  10. Fab card as usual Jak.
Well done to Natalie, tell her to keep going, taking one day at a time. My hubby stopped on the 21st of June and still not smoking. He said the first fortnight of withdrawal was the worst but worth it.
