Wedding card Round 2

Another test card, this time a little more to it.

Someone said thay wern't sure where leaves come into my thoughts for a wedding card so i'll try to explain my thoughts on it.

Leaves form part of most bouquets and supply the greenery, I could have choosen hearts but I figured that would not be unusual, the other thing that draws myself to leaves is that to me leaves and trees symbolise life. The other reason is purely design value if I'd chosen, swiss dots, damask, birds and swirls, or most other embossing folders the question would still apply.

  2. Not sure where the leaves come in with a wedding, I'd have thought horseshoes, hearts or flowers would be more suitable. I love the simplicity of this though and I really like the wedding rings hanging from the bow. I really like this one.

  3. I'm with Tig on this, I don't see what leaves have to do with a wedding? I love the simplicity of this card and the bow and rings finish it off really well. Very classy!

  4. Hi Jak,
I think this one is perfect. I liked the last one, but suggested the embossing. Now that you've come up with this one, its surely a winner.
I like the leaves as well. Bit different to the norm.
    Well done Jak.

  6. Well given the choice I would go with this one, but both knock spots off anything you could get commercially.
I love your use of the embossed leaves background - you used it with the wedding shoe digi stamp and that is one of my favourite cards ever. Maybe if you decide there are too many leaves you could do what you did with that card and emboss sections of the background?
The colours on this one are far more subtle and really focus attention on the sentiment and ring.
Either way, your cards are classy and unique. Well done Jak x

  15. I prefer this one - it's beautiful - and who says you can't have leaves on Wedding Invitations - I don't think it's written in stone that you can't - lol!!!!

I've just made some wedding stationery but the bride wanted pink, hearts and bling - so that's what I did - she loves them and she's had lots of lovely comments about them.

Your going to haVe to mass produce quickly and this seems easy enough to do--I sense sparks flying from the Big Shot! Blessings, Sharon
