Back at Create and Craft to Launch Pick of the Week

I'm back at Create and Craft today (Friday) and tomorrow to launch the Spellbinders Pick of the Week, around 100 products no less so you really don't want to miss these shows.

My shows today are 12:00, 15:00 and then a 2 hour show at 17:00

Tomorrow's shows are 08:00, 13:00 and 17:00

I have my feet up to stop my ankles flaring up with pains again.

They are better than they were.

Before I go to get ready for the shows I wanted to show you the soldier statue which is in my village on loan, it is so gorgeous that the village is trying to raise the funds to buy it.

I've been following your blog for a long long time. I just saw the problems with your feet. What I do is I put my feet up on a pillow when I sleep and it prevents them from swelling during the day...also watch the salt intake. The pillow I use is about a medium thickness and about a medium softness. Not too soft...not too hard...Try it and see if it makes a difference...I told my niece about the pillow and she does it now and it really helps her too.

Good luck with your feet...sooooo important to take care of them.

God Bless! :)
