Wednesday and Thursday Meals

Wednesday

Breakfast

Banana

Lunch

Quiche

Snackajacks

Dinner

Tonight we had a Chinese meal - beef chow mien

Snacks

I had a nectarine

Thursday

Breakfast

Nutri-grain

Apple

Lunch

3 Ryvita with seeds

Sliced cucumber

Halved plum tomatoes

Fat free cottage cheese

Wafer thin chicken

Dinner

Home made chilli con carne

Use the best steak mince and dry fry or use vegetarian mince

Do not add any fat to the pan, there is no need.

I have to admit a cheat here as I use a homepride jar as well as tinned chopped tomatoes, onion and mushrooms to fill it out.

It serves 3 or 4 but I freeze what's left for the following week.

Boiled rice to finish.

No snacks today.
