Fresh Flowers

They say that everything happens for a reason and I’m a firm believer in that. I was a little down in spirits today as it is my brother Russell's memorial and we also have Fathers Day looming so June is always a difficult time for me, so it’s always a welcoming feeling when you get fresh flowers delivered to your doorstep.
Look what I received.

I'm so sorry you was feeling sad but I understand totally these anniversaries can be very hard.
But what a lovely surprise and up-lifting gift, it is something very special that flowers can do isn't it? I hope they bloom for a long time for you and keep that smile on your face...

how gorgeous and so fab to have someone so thoughtful to send them to you - just when you need cheering up. I know exactly what you mean about anniversaries. This will be my 3rd Fathers Day without my darling Dad. Making Fathers Day cards for everyone else to send can be hard, but I put as much love into every card I make -as if it was for my Dad.

Sending you a big hug and hope you feel a bit better. Think about how lovely it was to have a fantastic brother - i'm sure you must have had some funny times together that will make you smile :)
Hold on to your memories...
